Percussive Arts and Music School Pte Ltd, started it’s journey in 2006. The founder Mr. Vick Veera and co-founder Mr. Michael. A started their humble studio “Percussive Arts Club (Singapore)” at Far East Shopping Centre. Eventually in 2007 the company was incorporated as Percussive Arts and Music School Pte Ltd with our ally Mr. Adrian Koh.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Mr. Vick Veera, a renowned musician and educator for 20 years and Mr. Michael. A, being in the business industry for 10 years together formed a system to impart the skills and knowledge of drumming. Being a niche segment in the music industry our syllabus were designed carefully by qualified music consultants. We took the greatest challenge of making P.A.M.S the first and only Drums and Percussions School, registered with Ministry of Education (Singapore). Achieving high standards for our students and fun teaching methodology has tremendously increased the interest in music with our students. We have created P.A.M.S as a central source for learning drums and percussion instruments. We emerge ourselves not only conducting in-house courses but also engaging in enrichments programmes in public schools. We have 350 drum and percussion students benefiting from our comprehensive courses and 6 batches of grading examination students with an average passing rate of 99% with multiple distinctions and merits in these 3 years
OUR FUTURE
We wish to educate the next generation of musicians with the right knowledge, creating performers, maestros, music educators and music enthusiasts, with our local and international affiliations and expansion plans we are targeting our students to reach their ambitions globally. We have plans to develop a Drums and Percussions Academy in Singapore focusing in the intricate global drumming knowledge to equip the local and international students. This will make Singapore the central source for drum and percussion education.
